My birthplace is Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania—a beautiful, lively city rich in culture.

I feel at home in Switzerland, and even more so in music.

I spend enriching and exciting hours as a piano teacher at the Berne Conservatory.

On this journey of discovery with my students, exploring different eras, musical styles, composing, improvising, creating beats, grooving, and swinging, I am both a teacher and a learner.

The rest of the time, I am a seeker—at the piano, on the computer, in the recording studio.

My music is often spontaneously improvised at the piano.

Improvisation feels like a second mother tongue to me.

Again and again, I feel as though I’ve discovered something new and special, only to begin the search anew.

The most valuable moments I have found so far lie within myself.
